Routing call to the Inboud ground in

Hello, I need a help setting up my dialer. I have already configured asterisk and I am able to receive calls on one extension(100).However, I want calls to hit the inbound ground rather than going directly to the extensions.I tried logging in to the agent portal to an inbound group (I have created using Goautodial GUI ) that connects with the ext(100). However, when I call the number it lands directly into softphone with the ext.(100) rather than agent screen.

Please help

1. make sure your call should land in trunkinbound context (to be mentioned in your sip trunk settings)
2. create a new DID as per your DID number
3. Set the DID route to the INGROUP
4. select the Ingroup from the dropdown
5. submit
