Calls not coming to agents

Hi all,

I am having a strange issue. in fact 2 issues.

1. My agents get signed out of the web interface after almost 10 seconds, and if i sign-in from x-lite, goautodial does not recognize any agents online.
2. if somehow the call comes, while the agent is online, it doesnt get to the agent, it just sits in the queue and the caller hears a "generic hold" voice.

I am using version 3.0 CE and i am using a SIP Trunk. Call does come to my server as i can see that if i login to asterisk cli.

Please provide you asterisk cli log during those problem and what is shown on your agent interface.
