goautodial taking full subnet IPs automaticaly

when i check installed goautodial server using lot of another IP from same subnet.
where the server using only one static IP and no dhcp working
still at some time taking others ip from same subnet.

i have installed goautodial 2.1 with static ip
but when i check later in os IP addr it shows lot of other ip from same subnet and another subnet
a new IP route also comming in.
how does it happen ?
