Editing default dispositions (not at a campaign level) on V4

Hello - we want to completely customize the default dispositions (essentially remove a lot of them) since they are cluttering our agent's call screen. I saw in previous versions of GoAutodial this could be done through the Vicidial GUI which does not seem to be available in V4. How would you go about doing this? Is there a cfg file we would need to change on the server?
