One way voice SIP SDP body keep showing internal IP instead of public IP

Hi all Guru here,

I need help.
I have setup Goautodial V4 in cloud hosting server.
Issue is one way voice which is:
- Agent can heard from the PBX server
- Customer cannot heard from the Agent

also attach the asterisk CLI SIP debug log.

Hi all,

i managed to resolved the issue by changed '/etc/rtpengine/rtpengine.conf' add advertise address as public IP as below:
interface = 10.100.1.11!211.25.xx.xx
