Nature of business: Phone directory of local businesses

I am about to start a venture. For that purpose I want to get a easy to remember number example: 22222222 or 99999999. Anyways the bottomline is that I will be getting this from the GSM provider in Nepal.

My question is that will I be able to integrate a normal GSM number with the GoAutodial dialer for IVR system + traditional inbound and outbound functionality.

Please let me know about it or if you need more clarification let me know about it.
