On-Hook CID is not appearing

Hello;
VERSION: 2.4-309a, BUILD: 110430-1642, GoAutoDial CE 2.1, 2.6.18-238.9.1.el5.goPAE (SMP), Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz, Single Machine
I am facing a problem that On-Hook CID is not appearing on the In-Group, I need to select CUSTOMER-PHONE instead of Generic as now I see on the IP Phone LCD the name RINGAGENT instead of the caller ID :( So, what is the solution?
Note: The agent is ON-HOOK "Y"
