Waiting for Ring.....and nothing alse

dear all

thnks for your help
please i made a nice install
but i am in Waiting for Ring error
all my config with the agent and zoiper is good , i heard the annoncement of "your are only one..."
but when a compose i got the response Waiting for Ring error nothing happen no call

please anyone

which version of goautodial you have installed.
what is the asterisk version (asterisk -rx "core show version")
make sure same version of asterisk is mentioned int the db ie: admin-server-asterisk version:

make sure to use "Tto" in the dialplan

i fix all this , this was a dns + g729 + sip config
includ zoiper config
