Hi there,
I was having this issue that seems going around from quite some time. I have this dialer that client shared to me now and I'm trying my best to resolve the issue as much as I can.
Now my agents are using auto dialing or predictive and whenever they have call backs and trying to transfer it, the "Transfer" button is grayed out. But whenever they are in predictive or autodial? its working perfectly fine.
I hope anyone here can help about this issue.
