is it hosted server or your own server at your office?
if it is your own server , download the goautodial iso burn to a DVD and boot the server with that DVD.

If it is hosted server, then do a scratch install check the below links.
for centos 5

or if your hosted server is provided with IPKVM then you can download the ISO and the boot the server remotely
