I can see calls saying ringing but agent doesn't get the call

we've tried 100 leads and i'm not sure if they are even being called up
some logs from asterisk, anybody who can interpret these? thanks in advance

Good day! Please do check on your Lead file disposition and Reports for you to be able to see what is being called and dialed by your dialer.
