Not able to use the v4 GOautodial

I just did a clean install on CentOS 7, following the tutorial "Version 4 How To Install Goautodial From Scratch using CentOS 7", and after working around some issues I found during the install(like the PHP version not being the one it was supposed to according to the tutorial, the asterisk perl 0.0.8 link is dead, and some other minor issues I think I solved), I stumbled upon a error during the ngcp-rtpengine start: ERR: FAILED TO CREATE KERNEL TABLE 0 (No such file or directory), KERNEL FORWARDING DISABLED. I continued the installation, and after logging into the admin page, there was nothing inside the Telephony tab, the admin account received permission errors to see the call reports, etc. Are these known issues, or is it just me?

You need to install GOautodial version 3.X (either from scratch or using the v3.3 ISO). I'll come up with the HOWTO next week for a clean install on CentOS 7.X.
