Sangoma A102 Card + ISDN30 + Samsung OfficeServ 7400 Configuration

Hi All,

Can anyone help me with the wanpipe configuration of the E1 ports on the Sangoma A102 to let it sit between my E1 (ISDN30) line and my phone system (OfficeServ 7400). I have worked out the settings for the incoming port from the phone company, but I'm not really sure how to configure the second port to connect to my phone system.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as the only times I can 'experiment' are during downtime which isn't very often.

Hi Neil,

Good day! If you are using GoAutoDial just use the following command to install Wanpipe:

"yum install dkms-wanpipe wanpipe wanpipe-devel wanpipe-smg"

If the Card are not supported of the build-in wanpipe drivers try the following links.

Hi Ryan,

Many thanks - the driver is installed :) Just need to work out what settings for the port connecting the the Samsung phone system.

Hi Striker,

I'm slowly getting there! Struggling now with setting up the physical extensions (green linght on both ports of the Sangoma now though!). Keep getting an error along lines of Unable to request channel DAHDI/ or Unable to request channel SIP/ when logging an agent in - assume I am getting the extension/protocol wrong?

make sure pri is up
type pri show spans in asterisk cli to make sure pri is up

then what dialplan you are using to dial .

Hi Stryker,

I've got the system taking calls inbound now, but using your epabx settings for the outbound is resulting in not being able to get an outbound line :(

Also to make it work I've had to name the extensions g1/278 (as an example) - once I do this on login the phone rings and drops me in a conference. I am hoping this is what it should be doing.
