No leads in hopper

Downloaded and installed 2.4-325c. I can load the list as the guide states, but no matter what dialing mode I am in, the lead count shows 8 (which is what I loaded) but the lead hopper shows 0. I am following the getting started guide and therefore I am using the TESTCAMP example and used lead ID 101. I am pretty sure I am overlooking something, can't figure out what it is. Thank you in advance

Ok scrap that, it seems the calls are in now, I am attempting to get around an error when I call a lead or a manual dial I can not pin point

Call Rejected: CHANUNAVAIL
Cause: 20 - Subscriber absent.

Please post your Asterisk CLI when dialing.
