Reports & Analytics - Agent Time Detail = wrong information

we are trying to find out the time when the agent stays logged in.
When I see the agent time detail report - ,,Agent Time'' is 08:49:18 ( but the agent starts from 09:50 and end at 18:00).So it's not more than 8 hours.
Why it's more than 8 hours and 10 minutes?
Where we can find the real time the agent stays logged in ?

What is the version of your GOautodial? Is it updated to the latest version? Please provide some data/screenshot for reference.

GoAdmin ® 3.3 Version .
As you can see , the agents time - is more than 8 hours and 10 min.
The work schedule of agents is 09:50 to 18:00.

From 8 hours and 10 minutes , the agents have all pauses together about 1 hour 5 minutes.

Hi,
Unfortunately we do not support any lower version of goautodial anymore. however you may try to compare it on it on vicidial reports by installing viciweb.
