as a Predictive dialer to our current PBX

Added by Troy Shafer over 9 years ago

If there is a document, i believe i've looked pretty thoroughly, just point me to it.

We already have a PBX in place that handles our company and call center. I'm curious in testing out your goautodial as a dialer/predictive dialer solution. The current PBX is asterisk based but I do not have CLI or ARI access.

Scenario:

We need to feed a list of numbers from our internal CRM to a dialer that would then get in queue and when an agent is free in this outbound queue put a call in the queue. When they answer we need the dialer to then call the customer and connect the calls.

I see i can configure GAD (my acronym for GoAutoDial) as a Carrier, which is just a SIP extension to our current system. Is this how this would best be accomplished?

We're in the early stages of this but your product looks very promising if we can make it do what we need.
Dial a queue on the current PBX
Once answered by an agent > Dial the client.

Another question,

Which support option on your corporate page covers the self hosted solution? I believe it's the justGoSupport but i wanted to be sure.

Before we go that route I would need someone to verify that goAutoDial can do what i listed in my original post.
