GoAutoDial 3.3

Hey all,

We have installed GOAutoDial 3.3 from the ISO in VirtualBox before uploading into AWS on a virtual instance.
The problem we are now having is that the interface is very slow (takes about 5 or so minutes to move from page to page in dashboard) when accessing through public IP. This does not affect the interface for Vicidial. Just goautodial.
I have done much research and troubleshooting in regards to this issue but nothing has helped.

Does anyone have any suggestions or have experienced this before?

Hi,

GoAutoDial can be installed on virtual machines. However, it's only recommended for testing purposes and not for production.

Vicidial is the predictive dialer software running on top of Asterisk. It utilizes Asterisk's meetme rooms. Meetme rooms requires a hardware/software based timer device not present in virtualized environments. On production system with more than 5 users, unpredictable results happens.
