Waiting for Ring error

I haveinstall step by step and also configure the carrier, but i cann't do call to any one the error show is that M4010335470000000002 Waiting for Ring...

So please help me as soon as possible....

couple of things u need to checkfor this issue.

1. asterisk version installed, mentioned in ADMIN-servers-asterisk version

2. make sure dialplan is written perfect so ur dialling number matches

3. make sure ur trunk is registered
