Station & User not visible on Real-Time Main Report

Description
Station & User not visible on Real-Time Main Report on any browser, I even tried changing "Real Time Block User Info" value from 1 to 0 still STATION and USER columns are missing in real-time. Can any one help me solve this problem.

Hi Sarthak,
Good day, On your User Account try setting Realtime Block User Info:0. Also, Try to clear your browsers cache after making some changes.

set Realtime Block User Info as 0 in your admin user.
