Description
1. When use manual dial, after hangup, the "dial next" is not set back.
Solution:
After talked and checked with colleagues, we confirmed the problem was in vicidial.php located in /var/www/html/goautodial-agent/.

An extra code was added in but original code was commented out.
Not sure why. We cross checked with other versions of vicidial.php and confirmed this is an issue. After restore it back. The manual dial and dial next is ok.
