Chris,

Here are the preliminary changes:

1. Take out footer
2. Enable the "Show conference call channel information" link
3. Automatically show/hide the following if ENABLED in Campaign Settings

Comments field
Record button
Lead Search link
Pause Codes link
Web Form button
Web Form2 button
Hotkeys

We need the full agent UI screen showing on a 1024 X 768 monitor without the need to scroll up/down or left/right.

Almost done with the porting of Agent UI... the only one left is the hanging up of the recording session...
