Description

Hi Dev. Team,

We found a bug after placing a callback. The number i dialed don't have an Alt phone number However, On the callback page the ALT number hyper link is clickable. When you click the ALT hyper link you will encounter and error and there is no way for you to Hangup the call. The only way to terminate the call is to logout from the agent UI. Please see the screenshot below.

Hi Sir James,

Thanks for the update. To replicate the issue i made some test by placing a callback with Phone number with alternate number and without alternate number and verified that the Alt hyperlink is not clickable if there is no alternate number.
