Hi Dev. Team,

The Agent Direct in the Ingroup page must not be deleted. The user can only modify the AgentDirect settings but must not able to delete it.

Hi Sir James,

Thanks for the update. AGENTDIRECT can't be deleted now. I also made some test on ingroup batch delete and it is working well. Please see the screenshots below.
