Chris,
The field Carrier to use for this Campaign is set, you need to logout/login the agent for the settings to take effect. In the default VICI once the field Carrier to use for this Campaign is set, you don't need to logout/login the agent, it will take effect immediately.

This just needs a minute to reload. Agent doesn't need to logout and log back in.
