Add translation support

Description
As I know there is no possibility to add support several languages, so I propose to add this. I mean add something like language files, so community can translate GoAutoDial to other languages.

Or what should we call you?
Translation of GoAutoDial into other language using a language file is on our timetable - for our chosen php framework has it own structure for language translation.
However, ETA shall be on the next release candidate (3.1 and up).
Can you help us translate those into your desired language? We shall be sending the english language file to those who are interested.
