Hi,
One feature our clients love is the ability for agents who get connected to answering machines to deliver a pre-recorded message by way of the "Answering Machine Message" option found in the pre 3.0 Campaign settings. I noticed this option is gone. What happened to it? Any chance of bringing it back? (see attached).
Also, I noticed all the Help Icons (?) next to each option are gone in 3.0. It would be nice to have this help info, since not all users will remember what all options do.

Hey Rob,
We'll try to have this (answering machine message) added as the last feature to GoAutoDial CE v3.0. We're suppose to be on feature freeze now. Bug hunting and squashing for the next RC2 release.
As for the help icon, we're trying to come-up with a different help/tooltip/tutorial method. This will be available most probably on the next major release (v3.1).

Done adding the four fields Answering Machine Message, WaitForSilence Options, AMD Send to VM exten and CPD AMD Action to the campaign settings.

That's great! I don't know how to update to test this, so quick question: does this mean agents will also have access to this functionality via the "VM" button on the agent transfer screen? See screenshot of the pre-3.0 version to see what I mean (attached).

Yes. Your agents should be able to use this via the VM button. This is almost done. We're just making the VM button available on the agent UI. We'll be uploading the updated file soon.
You can upgrade the GoAutoDial applications (later) by running:
yum install goautodial-ce-3.0
We'll let you know when this is ready.
