Hi Team,
When you toggle the Check all users checkbox and delete the users. The admin or default users will be deleted as well. To replicate this issue.
Create more users 10-20 users will do, then Select all (excluding Agent001), if you selected Delete it removes all selected agents/users including GoAdmin (no option to check or uncheck GoAdmin).
Screenshot shows that the hidden checkbox is being selected when you toggle the select all users checkbox
