Description

Hi,

Please check why leasd on the internal DNC are still being auto dialed on campaigns. Campaign advanced settings are set to Use Internal DNC: YES and Use Campaign DNC: YES.

I've also verified the lead is on the internal dnc by running this.

Hi sir Tristan,

Upon checking the vicidial dnc table only phone number is being inserted while on your list it includes country code + phone number. Please note that dial codes are not part of the phone number and will never match the number being dialed.
