Description
Hello,
When agents are on long call, for some of the agents who are in call, in real time reports, it shows on Status "Dispo" and pause instead of "incall".
This hampers the reports. Kindly provide a solution for the same.

Please make sure your server and agents workstation are on a good and stable network/Internet connection. Also, Make sure you update to the latest version.
