Hello,

I have split the functions of the dialer and web to alternate servers. I have now got the second dialer online but no calls are going through it when their is balanced dial option set. One issue i see is that the carrier is not splitting across dialers. In vicidial the carriers section has the singular dialer or all of them what i mean is that the singular 192.168.1.170 as that carrier dial pattern to dial through that server. or multi 0.0.0.0 so that the balancing of calls can take place on several servers.

You need to make sure that your dialing servers have their corresponding carrier entries.
