Xlite5 Softphone Installation and Configuration¶
1. Download Xlite 5 from this link https://www.dropbox.com/s/tm7wv8prot91myt/X-Lite_Win32_5.0.0_67284.exe then Save the file
2. Double Click the downloaded installer and you should be able to see a window similar to the image below, just click Run
3. Click Next
4. Accept the license agreement and Click Next
5. Click Next
6. Click Install
7. Click Finish
8. Close the SoftPhone signup screen
9. You will hear a start up voice prompt, Then click Start X-Lite! to start your softphone
10. Phone credentials can be viewed on your Admin Settings menu then click Phones to view the phone credentials
11. Input your phone credentials on the field provided and click OK once done.
12. Message will appear on your softphone to make sure that the softphone is properly configured and registered "Account enabled. Phone is ready"
13. Go to preferences and change the audio codecs of your softphone to G711 Alaw, G711 Ulaw and GSM
NOTE: Always cancel the softphone Auto Update when prompted
Once you are done registering your Xlite5 softphone, proceed to Agent Login Procedure
Zoiper sofphone Configuration¶
1. Download Zoiper Classic from this link http://www.zoiper.com/download.php?os=Windows&ap=z2&location=zoiper_free_2_installer_exe then Save the file
2. Double Click the downloaded installer and you should be able to see a window similar to the image below, click Next
3. Accept the license agreement by clicking I Agree
4. Click Next
5. Click Next
6. Click Install
7. Click Finish
8. Launch Zoiper and the main interface should look like this:
9. Phone credentials can be viewed on your Admin Settings menu then click Phones to view the phone credentials
10. To configure an account click the Options button, then input your phone credentials on the field provided and click OK once done
11. Set also your softphone codec by Clicking Options on zoiper -> Audio options -> Audio codecs Select codecs GSM, alaw and ulaw then click OK
12. Click Register button on your Zoiper softphone to register it to your GoAutoDial server
Here is the looks of your zoiper when it is properly Registered
Once you are done registering your Zoiper softphone, proceed to Agent Login Procedure
Agent Login Procedure¶
1. On the GoAutoDial main page click Agent Login
2. Input the Agent Credentials (e.g Agent Login: Agent002 / Agent Password: goautodial) and Input the Phone Credentials (e.g Phone Login: 8002 / Phone Password: goautodial)
then click LOGIN, after clicking the LOGIN button your softphone should ring and will give you a pop up message to answer, click the ANSWER button and you should hear a voiceprompt "You are the only person in this conference", You are now logged into your campaign
Note: You must input the correct credentials for the campaign name to show up. Click Refresh Campaign List to double check
3. Click Resume Button to start receiving calls if your campaign is using a Predictive dialing or Auto Dial method of dialing
4. To do Manual Dial click the Manual Dial Button on your agent interface
NOTE:Dial Code
- For USA and Canada Route, use 1 Dial Code
- For UK, use 44 Dial code
- For AUS, use 61 Dial Code
Then input the Phone Number and Click Dial Now
The highlighted "LIVE CALL" will be the key/basis to know if the call was successfully connected
4. Click Hangup Button on the agent portal to hangup the call and select a Call Disposition
NOTE: Remember to always properly logout after your workhours by clicking the LOGOUT button on the upper right corner of the agent ui before closing the browser
