Using New Look UI¶
1. In Admin Dashboard kindly click Total Agents Online
2. Select or Click the Agent Name that you want to BARGE or MONITOR
4. Select BARGE or LISTEN
BARGE - This means three-way
LISTEN - This means Listen to the agent calls.
Click the SUBMIT Buttons Phone option will ring, answer it and you should be able to hear the agents session.
