What are the best server requirements for 20 agents?

Generic server specs for 20 agents with full call recordings enabled, Up to 10:1 dial level ratio, SIP calls using Ulaw.

8 core Xeon or AMD equivalent
8 GB RAM
512 GB SSD (or higher)
Gigabit NIC
