time synchronization

hello all
i m getting this error on agent* "there is a problem of time synchronization in your system. please contact administrator"* and the dialing is stop
any idea how to fix it

did you changed the server ip ( from 192.168.1.2 to some other )
if yes after changing did u run the ip update script .

also check the server current time .

I have the same error above !!

How to change server ip. now I am using VPS and I don't have network card (don't see eth0).
