How to put a custom music to be played when customers are in queue in INBOUND

Hi,

May we know the GoAutoDial version you are using. Basically you need to upload audio file on Audio Store for version 2.XX and on Voice Files for version 3.0 then set the uploaded audio on Ingroup settings On Hold Prompt Filename:. Please note that We STRONGLY recommend uploading only 16bit Mono 8k PCM WAV audio files(.wav)
