threat reciving from unknown ip ... slowing down my whole network

hello all
receiving threat from unknown ip from different country slowing down my whole network eating my whole bandwidth
.....this problem continues for 3 4 days and crash my dialer ... please help how to protect and provide security to the dialer..

this type of massage i am receiving in asterisk..

Hi,

Add the IP address on your server "iptables" list. Add rules like "-A RH-Firewall-1-INPUT -s IPAddressToBlock -j DROP". You can also install Fail2ban on your server. More information can be found on this link http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+firewall+rules
