LEADS PACKET CONEGSTION

80% of our leads are shown as busy in the list details. Well, we use the same leads in our Contaque dialer for our another and the voip account is also the same and the connectivity is good enough. I am not getting it, please help.

Seems carrier does not allow you a high number of CPS (Calls per second)
