HI Friends
i am unable to use my desired caller ID
on campaign i have entered the caller ID which i want to display and it is also coming on my soft phone.
what may be the problem?
how can i fix it?

Good day! Try checking on your Phone settings "Outbound CallerID" leave the field blank.
