Recording files length is more than 1 Hr when actual call length is 0 minutes

Dear Guru's,

We are facing weird issue where we are getting recording of 1 hour however, actual recording time is only 2-3 mins.

Calls made thru manual campaign and we changed the recording from ALLFORCE to ALLCALLS also but there is no result

Hi,

You need to provide more details on your issue. You also need to provide what steps did you make,take and isolations you've done. What version of your dialer you are using and how did you install it. Providing more details will help others determine your issue.

PFB the versions and installation step

Goautodial 3.0 CE Installed in cluster server |2 SANGOMA PRI CARD's | Vicidial 2.4 Version | Asterisk 1.4.23.vici.go Version |

we are making calls thru manual dialing campaign,

1.All calls being recorded without any issue however length of the voice recording is more than 1 hour, Actually length of the call is 2 or 3 mins.

2.In one voice recording more than two other recordings are merged.

Please guide me how to solve this issue. or tell me is that a bug because i were facing this issue from GAD 2.1

Another one update.. when i checking agent talk time its shows 0 for all calls agent made.

Actually agent has on calls for more than 2 Hours time.

Please reply if anyone face the same issue..
