GOautodial Open Source Omni-channel Contact Center Suite

hi

i have installed the goautodial-64bit-ce-3.0-RC1b which i downloaded from the files section of this website. and later i configured the settings as i required with campaigns and carriers etc. i also marked the recording option in campaign to all calls. once all settings are done i did yum update -y . which upgraded my server to goautodial 3.3 ( the latest) ..

now after a about 3 hrs of calling i thought of checking for the recordings and to my serprise the goautodial screen is showing no recordings found in red color.

so i searched google and found a link to check the recordings ( https://192.168.0.2/recordings/ ) and i found all the recordings there . but the recording search option does not pull the records.. please help me to fix the issue.
