New install not working--------------------------------

Admin,

I installed GAD and for some reason I'm not getting any call back from the panel when I log on to the agent panel.
Another words when I make calls for some reason it's not working there is no dialtone and I dont hear any customers say hello hello..I configure x lite softphone and that's working fine.

Here are the specs I used to configure in the carrier link:

Can you post the Asterisk CLI when logging in as an agent in the agent UI/panel? We also recommend going over our Getting Started Guide here: Goautodial Getting Started Guide.

I have goauto installed on a virtual server. Do I need to install additional software from JanuariusTM hyperlink

The user guide does not say anywhere in instruction to configure the asterisk

you need to follow the goautodial getting start guide step by step.

as per your post

1. you have given the context as "myvoip"
2. in dialplan you have to give "myvoip" instead of "callcentric"

     exten => _91XXXXXXXXXX,1,AGI(agi://127.0.0.1:4577/call_log)
     exten => _91XXXXXXXXXX,2,Dial(SIP/myvoip/${EXTEN:1},,tTo)
     exten => _91XXXXXXXXXX,3,Hangup

3. by default goautidal default ip is 192.168.1.2, if you have changed this ip , you need to update the DB by running the following command
/usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl

I configured everything correctly can somebody help me setup my dialer thru share desktop
