Sip Hacker Attack

In last 2 days i have many many many sip hacker attack by U.S.A ip and they had clone my account voip.
So i need information about security of this release.
So can i have any information about block all ip?
I would a guide to block all ip, and if is possible block external access.
In fact i have ip public and if i digit my pubblic ip in smartphone i see land page of goautodial
i had change all password default.
i need very very urgently

hi
you can secure your goautodial using iptables/firewall.

and other options to have security
1. fail2ban software - which will block attacker ip after couple failed attemps

better use vpn instead of public ip .
