Hopper

Hi, I just installed the 3.0 version on my server machine,i made a campaign,loaded leads but its not coming into the hopper even if i reset the lead call status?

The hopper only load leads based on the dialing hours set in your campaign. If your campaign is set to dial from 9am to 5pm, then it will only load the leads if the phone numbers are in the timezone that is already in 9am to 5pm.

For testing purposes, you can set your dialing hours to 24hours. This will load the leads regardless of timezones.
