Cant upload leads

hi everyone,

i got a problem, im having hard time uploading leads.

..im uploading the leads via our LAN

It'll also help if you can provide more details.

try to replace comma, single/double quote, tilde, semi-colon with substitute characters. i experience this problem before. some fields have the mentioned characters.
