installation of the patch

hi,
Could you tell me the command to install and what this patch: "vicidial.admin-fix.patch"? (there is no guidance as to this "agent-UI.goCE.11032011.tar.gz")
Another question: how can I do to finish the recordings on an external folder as a nas?

because records in the "/ var / spool / asterisk / monitorDONE" and puts for each recording two files in the folder "ORIG" in wav and one in the "MP3" folder?
how to change these settings?
for example, create one file "MP3" and put it directly on a nas

We don't support version 2.1 anymore. Please upgrade to the latest version by following this tutorial How to upgrade to 3.0 from 2.1.
