Strange error after installing... repeats... ideas?

I'm trying the software out in VMWare Workstation 14 and the installation went just fine but when I boot the system up I get repeating error messages every 5 minutes and no graphical environment, assuming there is one. (screen shot attached)

Anyone have any ideas?

May we know what installation guide did you use? and may we know as well what is your OS?
