You are not allowed to create a Call History

hi i need your help to connect goautodial with vtiger because not showing my call history in vtiger in module PBX MANAGER and the error is the same "You are not allowed to create a Call History"

If you want to connect vtiger in vicidial you can do it in system settings of vicidial scroll down and look for Enable Vtiger Integration: change the value from 0 to 1
click submit.
