Outside Access to Server

It seems I can't allow my softphones to connect from outside my network, like with my public ip. I can do everything else on my public ip, such as login, make calls, etc.

Do I need to set my public ip when I run update_server_ip or something like that? Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Daniel,

Can we have the logs on your asterisk CLI while you are registering, If there are no logs on your asterisk CLI, you can try to check if your server port's 5060(SIP) and 4569(IAX) are open, you need also to forward those ports if you want to allow registrations from outside network. Check also your firewall if the ports are open.
