Help Installing

We go from no sessions available to cant sync issues and cant seem to get it right
can some one help me have spent way too much time trying to get it installed

we are running 2.7rc1we downloaded from disk to our server and then upgraded to newer version from site

note:
if you changed your server ip then run the update_ip script ( /usr/share/astguiclient/ADMIN_update_server_ip.pl)

me myself and 2 different I.T. companies have looked at it and get the same results wondering if the software even works at all because for every question on this forum the answer is did you look at the start up guide and update your I.P. all servers have a static ip address why would the answer to every problem be update the ip address that never changes to begin with. Is there a company that will install this software and make it work for a fee.
