Can't locate Audio Files

Hello:
I am trying to setup my press 1 survey campaign and the audio files that I want to use I recorded in the "8168" prompt. When i go into my IVR audio chooser I can see the files. However, when I go into a campaign and try to select a audio file, I don't have any options.
I went into ADMIN SYSTEM SETTINGS > Central Sound Control Active (yes) & Sound Web server is set to my server IP.
However, where it says (Sound Web Directory) there isn't a open field to name the directory...it's white out.
What do i do?

Hi,
Good day! You can also try either putting your server Private or Public IP or Hostname on "Sounds Web Server". Navigate to Admin > System settings > Sounds Web Server.
